Please contact us via email at [email protected] for return instructions. Items must be returned in salable condition within 30 days of purchase for credit. Customers will be responsible for shipping charges on canceled orders. Shipping Information
We ship by the most economical methods and shipping charges will be determined at checkout. We use USPS, FedEx and UPS whenever possible. Order shipping cost is determined based on weight and ship to location. If your order is placed before noon Eastern time (EST), you can expect your order to ship within 2 business days, we do not process orders on Weekends and Holidays. We currently ship outside the USA on special request.
Shortly after placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email stating that we have received your order. Thereafter, you will receive a second email when your order has shipped.
KMGPrime is not liable for any product damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
